“Ive made several personal purchases from Titan, but this time was for work. We needed a stand for calibration weights in our facility and I found that the dumbbel racks was just what we needed. I did have some address issues. The website did not like our address for some reason so I had to call and place the order. Seemed like everything was going good but come to find out the wrong address was entered on the phone so the order went to the wrong address. The carrier resolved and shipment arrived a little later but was okay. I feel like there is some type of glitch in the system if you want to check it out. Here is our address 5145 Mary Ingles Highway, Silver Grove, Kentucky 41085”

“Great products, fast shipping, packaging has improved protecting products. One small hiccup, I only received 8 nut and bolts with washers for the set up and needed 12 sets.”

“Titan flat bench—the bench is solid and built to last. The main supprt frame is rock solid. I like the design—it's east to wheel around in different locations in my gym. The 4/5 star rating was because the cushion looked as if it had been a returned part—there were hand prints on the bench and a small tear on the underside of the cushion. (Not worth the hassel of going through a return)”

“I would purchase this again because it does the job. This is a good product. However, one of the receptacle which holds one of the barbells fails to keep the bar in the horizontal plane. Looking at this one bar at an angle is somewhat annoying.”

“Love the machine. Quick delivery. Easy assembly. Packaging was lacking the machine had scratches on it when it arrived. Not enough to return it since it's going into my dark basement gym anyways. Not my first piece of Titan equipment and will buy more from them.”

“The experience ordering tje product was good and arrived on time. But I do have a problem with the design of the bar. The holes on the stand on the bottom portion are useless because the bar is on the way and u cant use them to secure the var.”

“I like the Titan 60" Olympic bar very much. Great for the limited space that I have. I didn't like that the price dropped after I received the bar. Also that one end was scratched on an otherwise perfect bar. I don't blame Titan as it looks like it happened during shipping. I do plan to order other items from Titan...”

“Well the package looked ruff when I received it but I was lucky that I had no damages. They should use better packaging materials. It did not come with any instructions, luckily I'm very good putting things together and was able to figure it all out but others might have a hard time getting this thing together. The quality seems to be really good and the price seems decent for what you are getting. Im 5,10 and have no trouble using this machine as others claim.So far I really like this machine”

“Pros: Product shipped efficiently, came with all parts, was easy to assemble, and has proven very stable. Cons: Product was damaged upon delivery, coating on one of the frame corners was completely scrapped off down to the bare metal, made worse due to the email alert I got after assembling the rack that titan offers discounts on damaged racks....but mine was full price. Additionally, I ordered the x3 flat floor at 91 inches. After install, the product is 92 inches overall. Luckily it still fit in my garage but just barely. I had a previous sqaut rack that was 91 inches, so I knew 91 would work. All listings state the product is 91 inches, not 92.”

“Good quality, well made. My reason for 4 stars is that there should be a ‘bumper’ supplied like the full size plate holder. This short plate holder is perfect for my 5lb, 2 1/2lb, and 1 1/4lb plates.”

“Equipment was delivered fast however the box was destroyed in transit. Was open. Paint chipped slightly on product. Product seems to be very good.”

“Equipment arrived very fast, which is awesome but, the quality is not the best. It came out of the box with small dents and the paint was already coming off in a few spots. For the price it is what it is. Also, I wish the equipment had a higher angle of inclination so you’re not so close to the ground. Overall it’s okay.”
