“After several attempts, they could not provide the right color. Their customer service is great ,but it was baffling that several attempts produced the same mismatch. When providing the paint code to another company, it was an exact match. Hopefully a rare situation.”

“The primer would not completely bond to sanded bare metal after 24 hour drying time. Also, the actual body color touchup paint did not match the existing body color. Should have went back to the dealer to buy the touchup paint.”

“My friend who used to repair cars hated the applicator for the paint. I will have to reorder the paint with the touch up brush as the applicator was not very good at applying the paint.”
