“I ordered a paint color for my car that should have been a match, but unfortunately was not. Spoke with TouchUp Direct and they offered to try and send another sample out or refund my money. We opted to have money refunded and revisit the car touch-ups at a future time locally. Customer service was excellent and helpful. I provided all details they requested and they responded in a reasonable time with a full refund. Bummed the color didn't match, but glad the company stands by their guarantee and treats customers in a polite and professional manner.”

“It worked pretty well. I should have had a filler for some of the scratches but did not. I felt the primer was the hardest to apply. Dried very fast and did not spread evenly. Paint and overcoat worked well.”

“Received my correct order today. Your personnel were great. Except the one that sent the in-correct order. I had to pay the postage to return it. I'm pleased, except for this incident.”
