“I just order a spray kit including primer, color coat and clear coat. I had ordered (and used) the small bottles of touch up paint. All worked as promised. I have not received the ordered product yet. I just ordered them yesterday.”

“After several patient attempts by their staff to correctly match a particular paint color/Code listed by the OEM manufacturer, it was determined and agreed the paint color code submitted may have been incorrect or out of date and no longer available. "Touch Up Direct" was very understanding, patent and gracious enough to reimburse us for our order. This type of customer service and support sustains confidence and loyalty for future business tranctions. I wish to personally thank "Touch Up Direct" for their difficult attempts and patient efforts in supplying several optional paint match combinations which unfortunately lead to a request and an agreeable return of funds. Thank you again for great products, service and support. We look forward to future purchases regarding our Paint product needs and valued information. Sincerely..”
