“The Booking Experience was easy and the deposit for the trip minimal, which was great for a trip planned more than a year in advance. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't get a timely quote for just two people, instead of the original quote for 4. As it turned out all 4 decided to go, so it was simply a matter of making the deposit. Apparently, this tour is operated by another group and so the Tour Radar agent couldn't do the quote.”

“Our booking experience was conducted very well. We had some questions about the current COVID situation, and the company was very helpful. All communication through the message thread was also very quick and helpful. We are looking forward to our trip and feel very secure in all of the planning so far. “Booking with TourRadar has been a great experience. Easy and secure selection and purchase of a tour package. They also open a whole travel portal for your hub of information regarding your trip. It keeps everything organized and reminds you of all the smaller details that you need in order to prepare for travel to another country. Also, it serves as a messaging board for speaking with the tour group or company guiding the tour! I recommend booking with TourRadar-- it's taken a lot of the headache out of arranging travel and is fun to use.”

“I have already recommended TourRadar to friends! Easy booking, prompt responses to question and patience with someone who hasn't booked a our before. If the tour goes as planned, this will be the trip of a life time. They were able to help me make extra accommodations to enable a family of 7, including an elderly father, travel without worry.”

“Working with this company has been a great experience. The site is very easy to understand and to book, all the tours are in great detail and wonderful photos. “This trip (to Iceland) is something we've dreamed of for years -- finally getting to do it! (well, next March, hoping to see Northern lights) This tour has exactly the features we were looking for -- THREE opportunities to try to see the lights, and fun activities during the days. Including a bit of free time to check out the new Hard Rock Cafe in Reyjkavik. TourRadar made the process of booking easier than I would have imagined. After this trip, we're thinking England, and you can bet we'll be back at TourRadar to book that one, too!”

“Easy except for the data which needed to be filled in at the end....not clear at first as only marked by an asterisk. Also, a clear list of time (not day) of departure would have been helpful in booking flights.”
