“Our trip is not scheduled until May 2022, but so far our dealings with the Tour Radar staff has been wonderful. We had some special requests for changes to our tour and they were promptly handled without any issues. So far I am very pleased with the service we have received.”

“This was my first relationship with this company. 10 Days ago I never heard of it. They are very helpful and your responses are answered almost right away. They help me find everything I needed and made the booking and as of right now I am thrilled with everything they have to offer. Definitely would recommend looking thru their site and making use of their knowledge. Boy can it save you some time. Wishing you Great travels”

“I’m a little reserved on this review as I’m a planner I don’t like surprises in my travel. So I’m hoping I get more information to plan my air travel and additional days I may need to arrive in time and leave. It’s early on and I’m just going to have to trust it will work but so far I am excited for my trip.”

“I've booked my last three tour trips here for several reasons. Most important was their high level of customer engagement including detailed tour information on site, a reasonable fast operating site, and a great selection of operators and types of trips (fortunately, a good filtering system, too!). Pre-booking questions are answered promptly and if they don't have an answer they contact the operator. Once booked, comms are shared between Tourradar and the operator, resulting in a very smooth experience. Finally, their prices often have a reasonable discount and you get a small % of your payments back as a future trip credit.”

“I had to go back and forth a number of times for different reasons when I was deciding which tour would suit our needs. On every occasion the people I talked to where more than willing to help and very patient I might add. Julia who was the last person I dealt with definitely went that extra mile to get us booked with the tour we picked and arranged the correct payment schedule,, it was a great job done by all, cheers. “When I got your email was so excited to see this trip that I went ahead on booking it but I noticed that the 5% discount coupon would take on the checkout I tried several times but it was a great disappointment. Don't offer something you are not able to deliver, I am a traveler which I've been around the world, I kike discounts when you purchase amtrip, not credits for your next booking”
