“So far I have only made my booking to travel next year. The process to date was easy. They are Australian based for booking and they have payment options that suited me! I can’t wait to go on my adventure in 2020”

“I was extremely happy with the service I received booking this tour. I had limited WiFi and had to call in to book. After my booking was confirmed everything happened very professionally. Timely responses to my emails. Pickup from the train station and hotel were prompt. This is my second time booking with Touradar.”

“we were very pleased with our experience. Never having booked a"tour" such as this we had some questions. These were replied to quickly and efficiently. We are looking forward to the last confirmation of the payment received ( not due yet) and a confirmation regarding the first night ( extra night) at Double tree in San Jose. Thank you”

“I want Tour Radar management to know of my first experience with Tour Radar and it’s not even the actual tour package. It’s only enquiries. And boy do I have many questions! And this excellent customer service chap, “Issam” answered all my questions - patiently and promptly. A couple of times he missed out some information (probably due to he being so quick to respond to customer enquiries that he handles lots of them), but whenever I reminded him, he always responded excellently. Totally satisfied with his efficient service and the answers he provided. I will book my tour with Tour Radar - Issam sure played a big part! Thank you very much Issam. 😜👍👌”

“Booking our Best of Italy 2020 tour with TourRadar was easy. I chatted with 2 separate agents when questions arose and both were extremely helpful. In addition, two days after booking I realized I had missed a promo code that would have saved us $200. They honored it. Hope our Trafalgar tour goes as smoothly!”

“This is my second booking with Tour Radar and I had only pleasant experiences. I got an answer in a matter of hours (sometimes 2-3 hours) to my repeated questions or concerns. “TourRadar has a great selection of tours and we found the tour that we wanted to go on. Booking it online was great and it was easy to navigate online. Confirmation was quick and payment was simple. They take a small deposit to hold your place and then take the remainder closer to your departure.”
