Staff is courteous and prompt. The bug glitch is the transfer-pick-up from/to airport. My wife and I were given a price, we agreed to it and a few days later we were told that that wasn't the price, that the pricing hasn't been decided yet. My wife was so unhappy about it, she told her two friends who were supposed to go with us to book somewhere else.

Looking into the details of your booking we can see that the initial price was provided correctly, prior to Expat Explore updating their transfer prices for 2017. Once our team was made aware that these updates by Expat Explore were underway, we contacted you immediately. I am satisfied with how fast they respond to my inquiries and they also put in several suggestions which were very helpful on how we decide on which tour to choose. Higly recommended!

Hey Peter Thank you for the honest feedback - we do cover as much as we can with our touring expertise, however as Visa information can vary wildly from different passport holders it is not always possible to be kept up to date on all countries' visa requirements unfortunately. Carly was awesome, helped me book a bunch of tours and get the best discount she could find. The only issue I have with the website is sometimes I'll ask a question about a tour and will not get a reply for weeks, and so I'll have to ask again to get the answer. Or contact the travel company directly for the answer, which kind of defeats the purpose of tour radar. But overall, very happy.

I've used them recently for a tour in Europe operated by Intrepid Travel. 1) For an Intrepid tour, I was pleasantly surprised that TourRadar offered me a better price than Intrepid itself. -- Here is promotional code you can use to get extra 5% off any tour when you book online with TourRadar.com: 9nQJ8Q 2) Customer Service from TourRadar was good and helpful. I called them about how to use the promotional code of 9nQJ8Q to get Extra 5% of the list price, and the customer service rep who answered my call was very helpful.

I booked a tour through Tour Radar and had no problems or complaints. The customer service was great. The only thing I would say is that I got offered the Tour Radar app, however, everyone else on my tour got offered the G Adventures app before they set off. We all agreed it would have been nice to have got in touch with each other prior to the tour, however, as they didn't know about this app (as they didn't book through Tour Radar) and I didn't know about the G Advetnures one, we weren't able to. It might be nice to offer both to all bookings to ensure there are ways to communicate. Thanks!

I have not been on the cruise, but pleased to have a booking. The offer on the internet was for a cost of $4373. This is some way from the price we have paid $6719.72 ea. According to the company on questioning, there is no berth at this price which is missrepresentation I am concerned with travelling so low in the cruise boat with very little natural light, but am reluctant to pay more. Staff were available at all hours which was helpful. Gina Evans

No long waits to speak to someone online, questions answered almost immediately, cheaper than booking through actual companies.

The customer service was excellent but it was a shock to find after payment that although the quote, invoice, and payment was in AUD, as the payment is processed oversees, there is an additional 3% charge which is taken out of your bank account after - and extra $200. This advice was not provided upfront and it would have influenced my choice.
