I booked a tour through Tour Radar and had no problems or complaints. The customer service was great. The only thing I would say is that I got offered the Tour Radar app, however, everyone else on my tour got offered the G Adventures app before they set off. We all agreed it would have been nice to have got in touch with each other prior to the tour, however, as they didn't know about this app (as they didn't book through Tour Radar) and I didn't know about the G Advetnures one, we weren't able to. It might be nice to offer both to all bookings to ensure there are ways to communicate. Thanks!

I have not been on the cruise, but pleased to have a booking. The offer on the internet was for a cost of $4373. This is some way from the price we have paid $6719.72 ea. According to the company on questioning, there is no berth at this price which is missrepresentation I am concerned with travelling so low in the cruise boat with very little natural light, but am reluctant to pay more. Staff were available at all hours which was helpful. Gina Evans

No long waits to speak to someone online, questions answered almost immediately, cheaper than booking through actual companies.

The customer service was excellent but it was a shock to find after payment that although the quote, invoice, and payment was in AUD, as the payment is processed oversees, there is an additional 3% charge which is taken out of your bank account after - and extra $200. This advice was not provided upfront and it would have influenced my choice.

Friendly staff and always available, response via email was rapid and phone manner is excellent. A few basic clerical errors that were easily and happily fixed, overall a great experience and would definitely use them again.

Tourradar made it very easy and provided good clarity whilst I recently booked our Canyons and Indian Lands Tour. The team member that came online to chat was helpful and quick to deal with my query. When she wasn't immediately certain, she checked and was back to me promptly and provided me more information to put my mind at rest. After booking when I wasn't entirely happy with the receipt, another team member was very quick to provide me with a more comprehensive receipt for my peace of mind. I would happily recommend this company.

I was lucky enough to win a credit on a tour through one of TourRadar's facebook caption this promos. When I won, I did a little happy dance, immediately followed by the dread of, "oh I wonder if this is one of those things where they make it so hard to claim the prize that they don't have to fork it out" Well I couldn't have been further fro the truth, Carla emailed me straight away saying to have a look and let her know when I wanted to book and they'd apply the credit. And just like that (well once I got some more leave from work!) They sent the link with credit applied. Just so easy! You can tell you're dealing with real people not computers or mass trained mindless customer service reps.

I received slot for the money. Too many hours Ina bus. Especially 2 days Also let us out for 1 1/2 hrs in a town on a Sunday right after we had breakfast that was closed except for coffee. Shops and restaurants

Customer service handle my tour really well. They did not get the selected dates i requested, but was helpful on getting dates around the date i requested or near it. Price of the trip was very well reasonable pricing compared to the tour provider site.

The organisation took my two payments but then sent multiple emails saying the payments hadn't been received. I sent them emails each time clarifying that the payments had indeed been made and had left my account but they then proceeded to cancel my trip. They showed a lack of interest and care and it is very disappointing.

First time user, yet to travel. Found a tour that seems to be what we were looking for at a very reasonable price. Being able to compare companies was useful. First customer service contact didn't follow up my request but the second call had it sorted and we booked. Confirmation came within 24 hours. Would use again.
