“Booking our Best of Italy 2020 tour with TourRadar was easy. I chatted with 2 separate agents when questions arose and both were extremely helpful. In addition, two days after booking I realized I had missed a promo code that would have saved us $200. They honored it. Hope our Trafalgar tour goes as smoothly!”

“This is my second booking with Tour Radar and I had only pleasant experiences. I got an answer in a matter of hours (sometimes 2-3 hours) to my repeated questions or concerns. The website is easy to navigate. All questions answered very fast and precise. I cannot be any happier. I really recommend Tour Radar to everyone.”

“TourRadar has a great selection of tours and we found the tour that we wanted to go on. Booking it online was great and it was easy to navigate online. Confirmation was quick and payment was simple. They take a small deposit to hold your place and then take the remainder closer to your departure.”

“Update: I received a call from Tour Radar within hours and was able to get my itinerary and confirmation sent over. Amazing customer service thus far! I can’t wait for this trip and to provide a thorough review of what I imagine will be an unforgettable experience! I appreciate the ease in booking but I’m still waiting for confirmation that my tour has been confirmed even though I booked it several weeks ago. I’m a bit concerned considering how long it’s been.”

“I found the process of booking with Tourradar to be excellent. That said, I wish there were more filters to be able to more efficiently review the thousands of tour options that are available. I would like to see filters by star ratings. I would also have liked to see somewhere definitions for the different types of tours, e.g. "DISCOVERY" "IN DEPTH CULTURAL" "ADVENTURE." Perhaps these are somewhere on the site but I could not find them, so I had to guess at the difference between the various tour packages.”
