“I have been using Tour Radar to book my tours for the past few years and onlyh had one issue. I had a hotel change a few days prior to departure from Australia and there was zero communication from G Adventures. This meant travelling around Nagombo early hours of morning alone which was unsafe. All other trips have been very rewarding. Love the travel credits gained for bookings too.”

“I have to admit I'm hesitant in writing a review because my original Brazil tour was canceled at the last minute because the operator in Brazil totally flaked...mind you this was 10 days from my departure. Paula from Tourradar came through with a custom trip just for me and I still got to go to Brazil and Paraty. She pretty much saved my vacation...for that I'm grateful.”

We can confirm that our Paula is awesome and we are so glad that she was able to make alternative arrangements for you. Sometimes, operators do have to withdrawn tour departures for various reasons, but all such situations are dealt with as a matter of priority by our team. The best thing for us (and you!) about being the largest online marketplace for multi-day tours, is that in the unlikely event an operator has to cancel your departure, in most cases we have a suitable or similar alternative with another tour operator. “On Xmas day Robert was looking for ideas for a trip in 2020 to Perth, Margaret River etc and found one. To his surprise a reply came through and he was able to make his booking. We had some questions as we will both be 80yrs old and we were able to chat one of your staff and all was okay. We like all other over 75yrs old will require a medical certificate. On the next day we had a call from Nullabor Travel. Great work from Tourradar Thank you”

“I just returned from the 9 day tour Nile Adventure - Felucca Cruise in Egypt and I had a BLAST! I did most of the optional excursions as well as stayed an extra night. The tour followed a thorough schedule which allotted a decent amount of time for each daily activity. Ashraf M, Seif was my tour guide and he did an excellent job of making sure everything ran smoothly. He was also extremely knowledgeable about all of the historical events. I definitely recommend this tour for anyone who is in need of a unique getaway experience!”
