This was my bucket list tour of Europe (which I had visited many times before but not in the past 30 years) and I wanted to revisit some of my favourite places. I could not have asked for a better holiday. Time was short but we made the best use of it and did the premium attractions in each city. The photos will keep me warm for a few years and some of the 52 new friends I made will last a life time. There is very little I could fault: the tour guide was sensA ational, the coach and the driver were safe and caring, the food was so-so (We dined out on own most days) but some hotel could do with a little upgrading. Some of the bathrooms were not big enough for the proverbial headless chook (chicken, if You are not Aussie). Charge a little more, get a better room. A couple more days in Paris and Room would have been sensational, time to experience the music and dance would have been heavenly... even for someone past 72.

Booked a seven day cruise / sail around the lovely island in southern Croatia . Waited in harbour for over an hour on one last couple to arrive, they blamed taxi taking them to wrong harbour ? . First words to them, welcome aboard, their answer You Scottish, we don't like scotch, after laughing it off by Now you don't mean that that do you and seeing the shock on their face, and explaining scotch is a drink not Scots. Later on the complained continually through out cruise from the screw drinking during breakfast , all be it 1/2 pint of beer

My tour decreased in price after I had purchased it which is a little bit annoying, other than that I had good customer service which answered my questions quickly.

Hey Claire, thanks for the feedback, sorry to hear the tour operator changed prices after you booked. Unfortunately we have no control over their sales, but with your TourRadar credits hopefully we can save you some $$$ on future bookings!

Booking though Tour Radar was super easy. They kept in touch throughout the entire process, sending me reminders and keeping me up to date with payment information and the final trip voucher information. I also saved a good chunk of money because I was referred by a friend so that was awesome! and I can keep earning travel credits to use on future trips.

I was pleased with their promptness in replying most of my questions. I picked Italy scene tour package starting Aug 19, 2016 till Aug 28th. They did not provide me the times when the pick up will take place from the Rome international airport. My flight reaches there around 10 am.

I don't start my tour until 20 Feb ( 9 days away ) I am going to Berlin for a few days before as I have heard there is lots to see there . According to you itenary we spend the first 2 days there. BUT...I don't know what you have planed for us to see on these 2 days..... ie I don't want to double up and go and see the same places by myself ...then a few days later see them again on the tour. My assessment is that the TR customer service is excellent, with quick responses to all requests and very friendly service. You should be congratulated. The ongoing continuity and availability of the message stream for each client is also an excellent feature. The availability of many packages on one site, in one general easy to follow and compare format is also a large draw for the site - a great travel business model. I assume that the tour package writing is done by the tour operators and supplied to TR and this is the only weak point that I have found on the site. The detailed information is a bit lacking for some tours to make a assessment whether or not one would wish to book. You could pass that on to the tour operators - do a poor or incomplete sales pitch through their writing and they are probably loosing business.

Great company to book through, very knowledgeable about all the tours and helped us to sort a problem with an issue that the tour company had not mentioned on their essential info page. Would recommended tourrader to anyone!!!!!!

I was completely satisfied with the help received with my booking.... well actually the service exceeded any to be expected minimum. Various people were involved in various locations offering true 24 hour coverage, coordinating my booking from Europe to destination Africa, tour company in Australia and TR in UK. My late booking all booked and confirmed within a few days. I was impressed! Thanks!

Kelsey was my go-to girl but everyone at Tourradar was SO accommodating and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about your company. You truly made everything a breeze and Kelsey was so patient with me while booking. She was incredibly helpful as well and so kind at the same time. I will 100% be booking through Tourradar again. You rock!!

The customer service staff at TourRadar went above and beyond my expectations when it came to helping me figure out my tour and then booking it. They made phone calls directly to the company I was looking to book my tour with to get the answers to all of my questions directly from the source. Believe me when I say, I had a ton of questions. They truly had my best interests in mind and I would absolutely recommend booking any tour through them. Special thank you to Madelyn and Jillian for all of their help, patience and dedication! They made what could have been a very frustrating and confusing situation so much easier. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! :)

Bought a minivan trip and I need to get my voucher released....tried calling number listed on website. Got recording that wasn't as professional as I expected . Left 2 messages and so far no call back .

The entire process was very easy. I found a tour that worked for my time frame and budget, got a couple friends to join me and presto. I called a couple times to ask my questions and get some clarification. Each time the staff was knowledgable, friendly and prompt. It was easy to save money with the promo codes and now I have travel credits which I intend on using. Very pleased over all and excited to see how the tour stands up.

Thoughtful ! Resourceful ! Passionate & proactive staff members.. due to time zone complications .. Me and my girlfriend missed the 5 pm (Eastern) deadline.. the tour guide went above and beyond to individualize an extension to book the trip which turned sad faces into million dollar smiles.. Impeccable service. Part one
