“I found Tour Radar very responsive to all my queries, my trip is booked with Trafalgar the only annoying things is having a booking reference that Trafalgar can not locate. Special thanks to Lucian. I requested addition nights accommodation in Vancouver and Calgary still waiting for a quote, 10 days ago. Thanks”

“My friend had told me about this site so i decided to give it a shot. I had made 2 bookings with them to Dublin and Edinburgh and the cost seems fair for what was included. I had several questions and did the online chat and the customer service was quick to respond and made everything easy for me. I will for sure use Tour Radar again in the future.”

“They are very slow to answer or ignore your request. Also refuse to answer when I will find out the names of the hotels. all other tour groups give this information before you book so that you can use that info to judge the tour. This info should be mandatory and when you request it your requests should not be ignored”

Hey John, really sorry to hear your experience was less than stellar when booking with us. We do everything we can to provide all available information about the hotels used on tours, but unfortunately not all tour operators make it readily available for us to share - we're working to make it mandatory too! As for the slow response times, I'll personally be following up to see why this happened, as we pride ourselves on our 24/7 customer support. With these improvements we hope to see you back on the TourRadar site soon to arrange your next trip.

“I contacted TourRadar on a Saturday afternoon to book my trip to Eastern Europe. I was shocked when Leona from TourRadar took my chat right away. I had a lot of questions and she was very patient with me. She provided the information that I needed and I booked the tour. My chat time with her had to be at least a half an hour. Throughout the whole process she was very patient with me. I had a follow up question on a Sunday and again, I received my update in a timely manner. I'm really excited about this trip thanks in large part to TourRadar!”

“I will be honest I don't have much experience with tour companies, except for trying to book some trips over the past few months. My experience with TourRadar has been really great. They speak to you as regular people, really friendly and quick to respond. I spoke both by phone and email and they were consistent in each. As I was told by them, I say back... "I dig it"”

“First time user, yet to travel. Found a tour that seems to be what we were looking for at a very reasonable price. Being able to compare companies was useful. First customer service contact didn't follow up my request but the second call had it sorted and we booked. Confirmation came within 24 hours. Would use again.”
