“I was lucky enough to win a credit on a tour through one of TourRadar's facebook caption this promos. When I won, I did a little happy dance, immediately followed by the dread of, "oh I wonder if this is one of those things where they make it so hard to claim the prize that they don't have to fork it out" Well I couldn't have been further fro the truth, Carla emailed me straight away saying to have a look and let her know when I wanted to book and they'd apply the credit. And just like that (well once I got some more leave from work!) They sent the link with credit applied. Just so easy! You can tell you're dealing with real people not computers or mass trained mindless customer service reps.”

“On June 1st, I asked a simple question: I would like to book one night at Hotel Maamoura. for June 21 Can you provide me with an address? I will forego the transit. $39 seems a bit much for Morocco. Thanks I still haven't receive a response.”

“I was initially worried about booking through Tour Radar as opposed to Gadventures, the actual tour company I am travelling with, but due to Tour Radar's excellent specials I proceeded to book with them! I am so glad I did! They have made booking a breeze! I have booked both my tours through them and their customer service has been outstanding. I have had many queries and they reply to these within half an hour maximum no matter what time of day it is! I accidentally booked my second tour under my nickname instead of the name on my passport and after submitting this booking I immidiatelt got a phone call from Tour Radar, confirming that they could change this and put the name which is on my passport so that the booking could go through. I have had to add pre and post accommodation onto tours and staff have done this easily. They confirmed which hire I'd be staying at and the rate and then let me know they would get in touch with the tour company for confirmation. They always got back to me within 5 minutes to confirm that this was a go a head. I am extremely impressed and wouldn't use another service again!”

“I received slot for the money. Too many hours Ina bus. Especially 2 days Also let us out for 1 1/2 hrs in a town on a Sunday right after we had breakfast that was closed except for coffee. Shops and restaurants”

“Customer service handle my tour really well. They did not get the selected dates i requested, but was helpful on getting dates around the date i requested or near it. Price of the trip was very well reasonable pricing compared to the tour provider site.”

“The organisation took my two payments but then sent multiple emails saying the payments hadn't been received. I sent them emails each time clarifying that the payments had indeed been made and had left my account but they then proceeded to cancel my trip. They showed a lack of interest and care and it is very disappointing.”
