“The customer service was excellent but it was a shock to find after payment that although the quote, invoice, and payment was in AUD, as the payment is processed oversees, there is an additional 3% charge which is taken out of your bank account after - and extra $200. This advice was not provided upfront and it would have influenced my choice.”

“I wasn't happy with the two conflicting prices of my tour - and of course, even less happy when the correct price was the higher one! Because of this, not a real good experience. I would recommend, but with the proviso to watch the final costs.”

“This was the first time I organised any overseas holiday with TourRader and overall I was very happy with the service they provided me. All of my questions were answered within a reasonable time frame and each of the consultants were very knowledgeable and polite. The homepage you log into has all of the emails/ inquiries set up in a way that is easy to refer to and everything you need is there;.even if you have to ask the team at TourRader they will provide the information you need. This was stressfree and the package price I paid for the Bali Hopper was really affordable and the itinerary I was provided had everything I needed to know to book. **You won't be provided the accomodation details at the start until your booking has been locked in and this will be explained in the itinerary** Happy travels!! :)”

“Very friendly and prompt service by Leona and Carla. They explained the merits of the tour Amazing Spain & Portugal for Aug 19, 2016. There is confusion on the starting date (tour actually starts from Madrid on Aug 20th), which they should correct or clarify. I hope to write a glowing review after I complete the Tour. - Jacob B.”

“I just booked my trip 10 days prior to the start of the cruise. Tourradar is a big help for me. I was taken cared of by a very efficient and amiable agent by the name of "Carla". She took the time to call me while I was in Krakow to assist me with the booking. I like the way I was updated by the status of my booking. I am now on-board the cruise ship and we are about to start our journey. This could have not been made possible without the assistance of Tourradar. I will surely book with you guys again and the future and rest assured I will recommend you to my friends!”
