TourRadar was recommended to me by a friend, and I have found them fantastic. From tour discounts, to answering my long lists of questions and arranging by airport transfers, they have been great. So responsive and eager to help. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

At first I was a bit disappointed with the booking agency, since a day after I had booked my tour the price of my tour went down by 15%. in fact it would have been cheaper for me to cancel my booking, lose the deposit and then rebook again. After voicing my disappointment I was very pleased with the service I had received, specially from Alanna. She escalated the matter to the tour operator and they then provided me with the same discount. Alanna was very quick to get back to my messages and really provided me with a great service. She gave me the feeling like she cared about my frustrations and wanted me to have a good experience.

Answers to my questions came within reasonable time, the agent was knowledgeable and helpful. It left me with a good impression of TourRadar, I look forward to traveling with them

Tourradar made it very easy and provided good clarity whilst I recently booked our Canyons and Indian Lands Tour. The team member that came online to chat was helpful and quick to deal with my query. When she wasn't immediately certain, she checked and was back to me promptly and provided me more information to put my mind at rest. After booking when I wasn't entirely happy with the receipt, another team member was very quick to provide me with a more comprehensive receipt for my peace of mind. I would happily recommend this company.

I was hesitant at first booking through an agent rather than the tour company themselves. However, tour radar have far exceeded my expectations and have been great to work with.

The team at TourRadar have been fantastic. This is my second solo trip, but the first was booked through a travel agency. This time around, I have saved heaps and got a better deal and TR has been available 24/7 to answer any questions. They sorted all aspects of the tour for me so I had time to sort my flights and other details. A welcome relief! :)

Tour Radar team is great and super responsive. The only issue I faced - and quite a big one to be honest - is that I never received my tour documents before my trip! I had to contact both Tour Radar and Contiki (contiki twice) a few days before my trip to ask for information - itinerary, hotels, anything...

We learned about TourRadar by doing a simple Google search and were very surprised by the variation of tours available for all budgets etc. we are also more than happy with the prompt replies to any queries we have. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Customer service were available and could answer my questions efficiently and quickly. They were able to provide feedback within a few hours and make reservation within 24 hrs. I am happy with the service.

I am rather concerned that as yet I have had no information sent to me regarding hotels and meeting places from the Company conducting the tour that I have paid the deposit for. Please let me know when I can expect to hear from them. Later report. I received a phone call within a very short time with answers to my queries. I commend Touradar for their prompt action which set my mind at rest.
