Only two weeks after booking a tour, the price dropped massively by £150. TourRadar refused to match the price or offer a better deal to a loyal customer. Disgrace!!

I booked a tour through Tour Radar and had no problems or complaints. The customer service was great. The only thing I would say is that I got offered the Tour Radar app, however, everyone else on my tour got offered the G Adventures app before they set off. We all agreed it would have been nice to have got in touch with each other prior to the tour, however, as they didn't know about this app (as they didn't book through Tour Radar) and I didn't know about the G Advetnures one, we weren't able to. It might be nice to offer both to all bookings to ensure there are ways to communicate. Thanks!

I liked Tour Radar for its customer service initially but then there were differences from one person to another about what they tell you about their policies. There is no accountability of information given by representative. It is very easy for them to say, oh, that person gave you wrong information. I am an experienced traveller, have motivated many to travel so if some one ask me for Tour Radar it would be, yes, make a reservation with lot of caution because what they tell you can change by next person you talk to within Tour Radar.

I have not been on the cruise, but pleased to have a booking. The offer on the internet was for a cost of $4373. This is some way from the price we have paid $6719.72 ea. According to the company on questioning, there is no berth at this price which is missrepresentation I am concerned with travelling so low in the cruise boat with very little natural light, but am reluctant to pay more. Staff were available at all hours which was helpful. Gina Evans

My husband and I had planned on taking the mayan discovery this December, and seats were filling up quickly. We called tourradar to ask if they could hold our seats a little longer than normal, and they sorted everything out for us. The customer service reps we dealt with were courteous and professional, and it was a pleasure to work with them. Tourradar gets 5 stars in my books!

Fantastic service. I spoke to Alexandra and I must say that I admire what she did to us. We booked our trip with gap adventures first but discovered that same trip is 100 euro cheaper on TourRadar. Alexandra went extra mile and contacted GA, helped us cancel and book again. Great support. We received very professional service with very pleasant personal approach and humour. Thank you. Definitely booking our next trip through TourRadar.

The customer service is very helpful however the website is not. I requested various brochures to make comparisons between itineraries and they did not arrive in my inbox. There are mistakes in the descriptions of trips eg. days are not labelled correctly. The search from the front page is quite frustrating as it seems to give a list of things like 'top ten trips' - as this can only be based on opinion it is not helpful. I searched for a similar trip a few times and found that the one I had been most interested in no longer showed up. Luckily I has copied the URL so was able to go back to it but a potential new viewer would have missed out on trips with the correct criteria. As a teacher dates are my most important criteria and I found that sometimes the criteria I set was not applied. I do not suggest you share this with customers but instead share it with your web developer.

Staff very informative and happy to answer any questions available. Confirmation emails received within seconds of bookings or holdings, very easy and clear on the processes individual made to book or pay. Got the Europe explorer 18 day tour run by Expate Explore and had to pay less than the actual company offered. Great result. Would definitely recommend.

Booking my Intrepid tour via TourRadar was such a breeze! Despite the fact that everything was done online, I still felt as though everything was being taken care of for me. Anthea was an absolute pleasure to deal with - super friendly and professional throughout. Highly recommended!

super quick to respond, always available for questions, lots of tour options and they helped me decide which trip would be best for me! I also saved money booking thru this site rather than if I had booked directly with the tour group
