“Note: BECAREFUL when TOURRADAR advertises SALE, It doesn't always mean you get the best price. I received email from tourradar advertising about the sale was going on for limited period of time. Then I hurry book a tour with tourradar during that sale period which I thought I got the best price & I didn't want to miss the deal. BUT WHAT HAPPENED NEXT? About a week after, the tour price that I book became cheaper than the sale price. The WORSE at the same time I found at different website exactly the same tour with the same departure date was cheaper than tourradar. I called tourradar asking about their best price warranty, they said my tour was already confirmed about a week ago so they couldn't match the price. I travel the world joining the tour every year in the last 15 years but this is my 1st experience with tourradar & I'm DISAPPOINTED.”

“Easy to book, but the email that was sent to me indicated that the deposit of $110 had NOT been accounted for...thus leading me to think that there was a problem. This necessitated a phone call by me to confirm that everything was OK, and that there wasn't a problem with my card or any other issue. The representative advised me that that the payment was pending and that I would be getting a confirmation of receipt of the deposit email soon....which happened within a couple of hours.”

“We booked trip with friends on line and it was easy. We went on Egypt Beyond the Nile tours . It was fantastic and our guide Mac was very informative and did great job.”

“Great experience! Easy to navigate, filter and compare tours. Recent reviews are helpful to finally choose one. Great to be connected to a local travel agent specialising small groups in Sicily. Booking screen reassured no extra for credit card payment and clearly showed the amount to pay now and later. Will recommend to others. Thank you 😊”

“Well the booking process was smooth. After booking my tour I planned my whole holiday around it Cuba and Mexico. Cuban adventures just cancelled my 8 day tour what am I supposed to do now. Travelling from Australia I can’t just change my dates. Very f...... disappointed ☹️”
