“I had made my booking but not totally completed and as I waited for a response TourRadar contacted me and the tour operator on my behalf and would not release my deposit until operator confirmed. I thought that was pro active and reassured me that I had booked thru an Australian contact.”

“I have only just made a booking with Tour Radar and have not yet gone on my trip but from the very first day they has been excellent. One of the best things about booking a trip through tour radar is the fact that they have a live chat and excellent customer support. They are available to answer the simplest and most complex of queries and respond very quickly which is excellent as it allows you to plan things in advance. I could not recommend Tour Radar enough. However since booking I have found it challenging at times to access my booking details when I log into my account, unless of course I enter through my email. Otherwise an excellent service with kind, helpful and knowledgeable staff.”

“I have booked a 14 day tour to Namibia via Tour Radar. Tour Company was Wild Dog Safaris. Everything has been excellent so far.. All the Consultants I have dealt with have been super quick to respond to my enquiry emails and their information is very helpful. I am very impressed with the service.. “I paid my reservation using a credit card and unfortunately my bank charge me an additional transaction fee wherein Tourradar states that no additional fees will be added, So I made a complain and the transaction fee was given to me. Indeed you stick to your statement and you gain my trust.Thanks”
