“I paid my reservation using a credit card and unfortunately my bank charge me an additional transaction fee wherein Tourradar states that no additional fees will be added, So I made a complain and the transaction fee was given to me. Indeed you stick to your statement and you gain my trust.Thanks”

“The customer reps are very fast to respond when I used the chat feature. A couple of them actually had been on the trip that I was inquiring about so they were able to give me personal feedback on the questions I had about the trip, which I felt was very informative! They are all very friendly and I always felt they genuinely wanted to help in any way they could.”

“I couldn't believe the communication between the operators/coordinators! The frequent updates, checking on availability with numerous tour operators and the resources offered, pre and post trip were a massive help. Thank your TourRadar team!”

“I have been very happy with the service received from the Toronto TourRadar staff. I find the email format to be a bit cumbersome but the message does get through. They have been very prompt in responding to issues and concerns I have and I am continuing to utilize them for some possible add-ons to the trip I have already booked.”
