“The customer reps are very fast to respond when I used the chat feature. A couple of them actually had been on the trip that I was inquiring about so they were able to give me personal feedback on the questions I had about the trip, which I felt was very informative! They are all very friendly and I always felt they genuinely wanted to help in any way they could.”

“I couldn't believe the communication between the operators/coordinators! The frequent updates, checking on availability with numerous tour operators and the resources offered, pre and post trip were a massive help. Thank your TourRadar team!”

“I have been very happy with the service received from the Toronto TourRadar staff. I find the email format to be a bit cumbersome but the message does get through. They have been very prompt in responding to issues and concerns I have and I am continuing to utilize them for some possible add-ons to the trip I have already booked.”

“The customer service staff at TourRadar were excellent. They were always responded in a timely manner and were attentive to all of my details. They were very helpful with all of my questions and were kind and patient when speaking on the phone. I would recommend TourRadar to anyone travelling. They put me at ease and I trusted that I was being well taken care of.”
