“I have now booked two trips through TourRadar and have found it to be a great resource for researching trips. You can compare a big range of tour operators on the one site and all the necessary information is readily available. It is an easy site to navigate and once booked the level of communication and service is fantastic. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for the best tours on offer!”

“This was the first time that I made a reservation with TourRadar. When I was speaking to a representative to ask additional questions about the tour I was interested in they were very helpful. Although I could have completed the booking online, I elected to do so over the phone, the representative was very helpful in assisting me do the booking over the phone.”

“15 stars for TourRadar. We were having trouble comparing tours across multiple sites. Having site with multiple tour companies in 1 location made it very easy to research and compare them. We used the chat feature and the rep was very responsive. We even asked the rep to find tours for us with specific criteria and budgets. The rep would respond quickly and then let us take our time reviewing each suggestion. We ultimately picked one that was suggested to us. We're very happy with the tour and the price.”

“Smooth and seamless experience! I was able to find the tour I wanted quickly, chat to the tour operator about further details (upgraded my room to private, added 2 nights at the hostel before the tour begins). Overall, very easy to book.”

“I booked tour and notified them I would need to leave tour one day early and they responded with message saying a refund for one nights accommodation would be waiting for me. As I needed to arrive one day early I asked if it could pay my accommodation pre tour and they responded they would take care of it as well as airport transfer pre tour at no extra charge without me asking. What great service and responded within the hour of each request.. I couldn’t ask for anything better.”

“13 days langtang gosaikunda trek I booked my tour with TourRadar. TourRadar conveyed me to asian heritage treks. Immediately I had a contact person from TourRadar as well as from asian heritage treks, with whom I could write about all the details for the trek (package list, concerns about the altitude, required physical fitness, ...). I arrived at the airport in Kathmandu the 7. 9. 2019 and my guide (Nabaraj Ghimire, called „Noris“) was already waiting at the airport. Noris is guiding tourist since 17 years all over Nepal, speaks english very well, and knows how to treat his clients. Even I had problems with the altitude, Noris always knew how to manage the Situation, so that we finally could cross the gosaikunda (4610m). All in all it was a beautiful experience for me and I am really glad I have chosen asian heritage treks and was guided from my friend Noris.”

“Representative was very helpful...walked me through the process as I am very computer illiterate. Had good personality and knowledgeable of the trip I was going on and even gave me a discount on top of my discount to seal the deal! I was very happy with all aspects of the process!”
