“Booked a trip over the phone, and had to call back a day or two later for other arrangements. The person on the phone seem to have gotten agitated or aggravated with my inquiries. The tour has also been reduced on price a bit more, and it has not been automatically reduced on price for me.”

We regret to hear about your phone conversation and will be in touch after further investigation. In regards to pricing, please note that we cannot retroactively apply a discount to an already confirmed booking. Waiting for a price drop also has you running the risk of missing out on your place on your preferred departure date due to availability. It's not dissimilar to the airline industry, where it is also not uncommon to see a price drop after you booked your flight. Thanks again for your feedback and we will be in touch. “Apart from a slight initial misunderstanding over the dates and cost of our trip, the details of the 2020 Highlights of Britain tour sound very attractive. Furthermore, we have been treated with courtesy and all the arrangements are now in place for an enjoyable holiday.”

“The rep's very responsive to all my questions. I would receive answers very prompt. The website is very user friendly and their prices are very good. I especially like the $99 deposit deal. When I was ready to book my river cruise I wanted to make sure I had the cabin I wanted. I talk to a Michael in Toronto who was excellent. He took my information and while I was on the phone he contacted the cruise company and got it all set up. My experience couldn't of been any better. From the time I found their website on Google to giving my deposit everything went smoother that I have ever had a booking agency handle. I have used a lot of booking agency's in my time. The travel experiences Tourradar offers is incredible. I will definitely be booking with them again.”
