“I have booked two tours using TourRadar and have recommend it to friends who have also booked tours. I have had very good experiences. The website is easy to use and the selection of tours is wide. When I have had questions or problems, the staff has been quick and helpful.”

“i couldn't believe that I actually talked to people regarding my questions when I called. They answered quickly and when didn't or couldn't answer, they sent an email with our answers in an email in a very short time frame. We finally got a call from Michael in Toronto that totally helped us make our minds up. He was fabulous and guided us through the process, so thanks Michael and to TourRadar for making our choices, so much easier. Cheers Peter Talbot”

“We have a long and tight travel schedule in UK and others all fixed, left us only 3 days for Scotland where we want to join a local tour. But we could not find one with reasonable price. TourRadar helped us find one! And most important thing is although the communication is via email but TourRadar always replies very fast! Will see how is the trip recommended in Jun!”

“- The website provides a nice and huge variety of different tours, which I found impressive. - I had issues booking a tour and the support team helped me as much as they could given the circumstances - I felt they cared for my needs. - When chatting with a TourRadar Live Chat advisor, I felt the excitement the advisor had about the topic (he used to be a tour guide on a tour I had questions about) and felt I could trust his judgement. - I haven't even started the tour that I booked yet, but I'm already extremely happy about the booking process, the support advisors and the information provided - very competent service which you rarely see nowadays. Thank you!”

“TourRadar have a great range of tours available. I initially had a slight problem booking through the website but this was sorted out very quickly by Malintha. I was very impressed with the response. I haven’t actually done the tour yet so here’s hoping it’s as impressive as the service so far...”
