“Very easy to review tours and see availability. I chose my tour and put it on 48 hr hold until I researched flights. I emailed several times and had questions and each question was answered within 2 hours. Excellent online customer service. I read the reviews an all the yours I was interested in and was very pleased with the reviews”

“I booked a group tour very last minute (5 days before) and am very pleased I did with tourradar. They responded within an hour of my booking to let me know how there might be a few challenges to booking so late. They used their messanger page to keep me informed daily. They were very honest throughout and I was very grateful for the updates. I was able to get onto the tour due to their efforts, and have had a great holiday. Even if it hadn't been possible, they did everything they could have to get the booking organised”

“I am not certain how I find this site, but it was a very positive experience. Before booking, I had several questions and sent three emails. Each was answered promptly and to my satisfaction. I went ahead and booked the trip with no issues or problems. The extra night I requested was taken care of, without having to ask a second time. I hope the trip itself is as great as the booking experience. I was very impressed. I read reviews before committing and felt very comfortable that I was not making a mistake.”

“I don’t know any other website that does what Your Radar does. They’re like the Expedia for tours. Easy to filter what kind of tours you are looking for and all the information about each tour is right there so you don’t have to navigate to the actual tour company’s website. They also have extra savings and the world tour sale they recently had was great. I booked a tour and saved a few hundred $ through them. The booking process was easy and communication thorough. This is definitely my go-to site now for organized tours.”

“I received the detailed itinerary and after reading that realized I couldn't do the tour because of physical limitations.....I can not sleep on the floor and I can not walk up a lengthy path and steps to the monastery, I wrote immediately (like within the hour after reading the details) telling you I could not do this tour and would like help booking another that will work. It is disappointing to have been ignored and now several days later I still have heard from no one. My agent was Victoria. Thank you....karen wilson booking #427106”

“It was very good, but many times it is missing information from the tour companies, even so the tour radar agents, solve all the doubts or questions I had. It was difficult to choose due to the incredible amount of offers. It is important to read the small print an the optionals to get an accurate price. Over all it is a good website with tours for all budgets.”

“I'm extremely pleased with the excellent service provided by the staff at TourRadar during the booking process. They have been warm, welcoming and supportive with prompt responses to any queries and very reassuring of any anxieties also. They have provided lots of advice and support in relation to obtaining a visa and made everything seem very efficient and quite simple! Very professional with a personal touch. I would definitely recommend booking with TourRadar and would use their services again in the future. Thank you.”
