“The rep's very responsive to all my questions. I would receive answers very prompt. The website is very user friendly and their prices are very good. I especially like the $99 deposit deal. When I was ready to book my river cruise I wanted to make sure I had the cabin I wanted. I talk to a Michael in Toronto who was excellent. He took my information and while I was on the phone he contacted the cruise company and got it all set up. My experience couldn't of been any better. From the time I found their website on Google to giving my deposit everything went smoother that I have ever had a booking agency handle. I have used a lot of booking agency's in my time. The travel experiences Tourradar offers is incredible. I will definitely be booking with them again.”

“We booked a 3-day Isle of Skye tour with Highland Explorer Tours in Edinburgh in May 2019. From the first moment we met our driver guide Caitlin Burnett, we knew this would be a great tour. Caitlin is an excellent driver who was also able to provide the most interesting and engaging commentary we have ever had on a tour. As we drove past the beautiful Scotland countryside, we began to see this country through her eyes. Her stories and her music choices kept us entertained for hours. She is passionate about her work and loves her job. She is also an excellent tour leader, she provided us all with clear instructions for meeting times, time at each site, and toilet facilities; all while treating us as adults who could figure out things for ourselves as well. In addition, she is an excellent driver and able to handle the bus expertly in every situation. We also had a good experience booking this tour. We are from the US and were able to read information online about the tour while also speaking to a representative on the phone. Highland Explorer Tours provided good instructions for meeting the tour in Edinburgh. Our accommodations in Portree turned out to be much better than expected. We booked a B&B and were told we may have to share a bathroom but this turned out NOT to be the case. Our room was in a lovely hotel with a full bath and all amenities. The bus itself was very comfortable and even had a USB charging plug for our cell phone. Our group size of 18 was perfect and we never felt crowded. We were happy with the sites we saw and all that we learned about the Highlands of Scotland. It is a beautiful country with so much history. We highly recommend Caitlan Burnett and Highland Explorer Tours.”

“Very easy to review tours and see availability. I chose my tour and put it on 48 hr hold until I researched flights. I emailed several times and had questions and each question was answered within 2 hours. Excellent online customer service. I read the reviews an all the yours I was interested in and was very pleased with the reviews”

“I booked a group tour very last minute (5 days before) and am very pleased I did with tourradar. They responded within an hour of my booking to let me know how there might be a few challenges to booking so late. They used their messanger page to keep me informed daily. They were very honest throughout and I was very grateful for the updates. I was able to get onto the tour due to their efforts, and have had a great holiday. Even if it hadn't been possible, they did everything they could have to get the booking organised”

“I am not certain how I find this site, but it was a very positive experience. Before booking, I had several questions and sent three emails. Each was answered promptly and to my satisfaction. I went ahead and booked the trip with no issues or problems. The extra night I requested was taken care of, without having to ask a second time. I hope the trip itself is as great as the booking experience. I was very impressed. I read reviews before committing and felt very comfortable that I was not making a mistake.”
