Hello Mauricio, Thank you for your feedback regarding your booking and payment experience! Our Customer Service team are automatically alerted when a customer is having payment issues and will reach out with advice via our online chat function. Firstly we advise using a form of payment we accept, which is Mastercard, Visa Credit, PayPal or American Express. Sometimes it may be a block from your payment provider causing the issue. In that case, we advise customers to contact their bank and ask them to whitelist payments to TourRadar GmbH in Vienna, Austria. This is fairly normal and is just your bank’s way of protecting you. Should a payment continue to be unsuccessful we advise using another payment method to see if this helps. We are therefore very happy to see that by using PayPal, you were able to successfully submit your payment and booking request! “Wow!! I am super impressed with the ease of booking a Vietnam tour thru Tour Radar. Alex listened to what I wanted (length & sights), sent me 5 tour itineraries to review and called me back an hour later (I'm on Vacay in Bangkok). I told him the tour and departure date (4 days later) I wanted. He booked it & I paid all in less than 20 minutes. Easy. Heard from the tour agency within an hour to confirm!”

“Very good,efficient friendly and helpful service. I don't know if my review got 'disappeared' or if this is a double!Never mind. My first query has been addressed regarding time of departure.Thanks. My next enquiry was regarding the need to decant from this vessel on this cruise at this time of year due to low water.(The Danube Polka September 13th). Has there ever been a need for this?
