Practical to have all offers but not enough support to choose (advisors/ filters/ reviews). Easy way to communicate and very nice platform, however the link between before and after the booking is not smooth enough.

Easy to book, but the email that was sent to me indicated that the deposit of $110 had NOT been accounted for...thus leading me to think that there was a problem. This necessitated a phone call by me to confirm that everything was OK, and that there wasn't a problem with my card or any other issue. The representative advised me that that the payment was pending and that I would be getting a confirmation of receipt of the deposit email soon....which happened within a couple of hours.

Booking was easy- help team was very responsive and provided excellent detailed answers. The only drawback by phone or instant chat was when we asked them to compare tour options for tours from different local companies or providers- it would be great to put together a list of parameters (duration of tour, accommodations, group size limit, transport vehicles, AC or not, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, etc) and to have these fields populated when clients want to compare options

Anthony was extremely helpful in assisting me with my reservations over the phone. He was extremely friendly, efficient and friendly. The online application didn't provide an option for single supplement lodging. The friend referral discount program could be more prominently displayed.

Easy booking, quick response to any questions prior to making final selections. Once you've booked, you receive continually progress updates and reminder to complete all necessary paperwork. Can wait for my tour to begin!!!

No dramas with booking experience, I'm still waiting for the booking to be confirmed by the actual tour company though which means I can't book flights/rest of the trip yet. Hopefully they won't take too long to confirm.

There was a problem in that when I booked a tour, I was not given confirmation for a day or so. Then the tour was full, so I had to cancel the flight I had booked. I booked another tour, and TourRadar was good enough to pay my flight cancellation fee. It would be helpful if they could confirm tours more quickly though. I am looking forward to my tour of Norway.

Hi Norman, We thank you for your valued feedback, however, we regret to hear that you were unable to secure a spot on your desired date and had to cancel your flights. When spaces on tours are limited, a booking will go on-request with the operator before we can officially confirm your spaces. At the time of making an on-request booking, each customer will receive a notification on their screen stating ‘Awaiting Confirmation’ meaning the spaces are yet to be confirmed. We do sincerely regret to hear that you had booked flights and then had to cancel when the operator confirmed there was only one space remaining. However, when any booking is awaiting confirmation, we do recommend not to book flights until the place on this tour is fully confirmed. Having looked into your file, we can see that the operator did reach out with an alternative option for you and are glad to see that this new date has since been confirmed! I have not taken the trip yet, but booking the tour was quick and easy. I got my questions answered timely so I could decide and pay for the tour.
