“it's a bit vague I am having some trouble with it. in the beginning I had very deep experiences a few times and I've lost touch with that. I am going to return for checking.”
“A little slow start but each day I seem to have an Aha moment where I realize what used to really bug me doesn’t seem such a big deal. I’m definitely feeling more focused at work. I used to hold the death grip when getting in a car with my husband and I find I’m much more relaxed.
Now it’s been a month and I find myself having really good meditations consistently without trying.”
