Its Good, can call it great. Once I can get into a better routine, and continually practice both day and night, I suspect it may be excellant.

I am enjoying the technique and practicing daily. I think the cost of learning is high given the time spent in instruction. I think a flat fee of $250 is reasonable.

The four days were approachable and the process is very easy. The instructors were very informative and helpful. Though it has been early in the process, I do notice a calmer, more collected feeling. I’m optimistic to see more longer-term effects in the future.

Thanks for teaching the technique to do TM. I am not noticing any results yet but I am sure like anything it does require patience, practice and persistence. So I hope to see results.

I enjoy the technique, since I have stop classes I have had some more challenging meditations, but I have also had some amazing ones. Either way I do feel calmer overall and look forward to continuing my practice for the years to come.

I am practicing TM 2xdaily for 20 minutes. The actual Meditation technique is simple. I’m pleased with myself for doing it.

Twice a day ~ twenty minute meditations. Sometimes are better than others. I am hoping that it will become much easier as time passes.

A little slow start but each day I seem to have an Aha moment where I realize what used to really bug me doesn’t seem such a big deal. I’m definitely feeling more focused at work. I used to hold the death grip when getting in a car with my husband and I find I’m much more relaxed. Now it’s been a month and I find myself having really good meditations consistently without trying.
