“Overall I had a great time with Mark Kunkel and enjoyed learning the TM technique. By the end of the course though, I felt disappointed to learn that there is a religious or at least theistic theme with TM. For this reason I felt a little duped into taking a course I would have not taken had I known. I still give 4/5 stars for the technique itself which I find valuable.”
“Randy Mackenzie and Alice Brickman are excellent teachers of T.M. I appreciate their knowledge and the clarity with which they responded to all my questions. Since taking this course, I've been less anxious and I notice that I'm handling stressful situations more calmly and in a more relaxed manner. In addition, I'm sleeping a little better at night. My husband Pat also noticed this improved change in me. I meditate twice a day for 20-25 minutes and I plan to continue with this excellent program. I would certainly recommend this program, and these wonderful teachers, to anyone seeking a more mindful, and effective way of dealing with their problems.

“Dave and Julie Humphreys were great. They're a good tag-team for teaching TM. My only gripe is that I would like some materials to take home with me to reinforce what I learned at the center: something that highlights the important things to remember so that I stay on the right track.
We live a 40 minute drive away from the center and parking downtown can be annoying and expensive. So traveling down there at times when classes are available to get a refresher is inconvenient. I would rather be able to watch a video or read a manual at home”
“Hard to tell if you’re doing it correctly but apparently if you’re sitting and repeating the mantra, you are. It is odd that I’m successful without feeling successful.”
“I am enjoying the technique and practicing daily. I think the cost of learning is high given the time spent in instruction. I think a flat fee of $250 is reasonable.”
