“I love TM. It intensifies my happiness and gratitude for the life I have every day. I find my thoughts are even sharper than usual. Melody Katz seems like a very nice lady and is a wonderful teacher. One thing I will say is that I signed up because the website said that TM is taught one-on-one. Later, I learned that only the first class was individual. Had I known this, I probably wouldn't have signed up. Nevertheless, I was able to get one-on-one instruction for my four days and I was thoroughly pleased with my experience. To date, I cannot agree that group meditation amplifies my personal satisfaction with the technique. Perhaps this will change. Either way, I think some may really appreciate one-on-one instruction.
Also, I love the Palm Beach center. It is attractive and comfortable and is easily accessible.

“I got off to a rocky start with getting the morning meditation routine nailed down but I've gotten into the habit of doing it first thing when I wake up before getting ready for work.
The sessions have been going really well but for some reason, during the evening meditation especially, I start to get itchy around my neck area, when I wasn't itchy at all throughout the day prior. I hope it's part of stress release because it's really irritating when it happens and only while meditating! Other than that, I'm enjoying it.”
