“I had been wishing to become a meditator for years, but in early days I really had no idea how to do it. It felt too challenging to do, so I gave up. But the call to meditation continued to come. Meaning, I would so often hear and read about the benefits of meditation. So I continued to be interested and I pursued it in various ways. I had more success eventually, but my experiences were haphazard. I was attracted to TM because it purported to offer an easily graspable, simple tried and true technique.
This really appealed to me, as I truly longed to have some tangible method to be able to find the doorway into the realm of awareness where these benefits are available. I have to admit, I was skeptical to try TM for a long time. But I finally decided to go for it, and I’m so thankful I did! From my very first TM meditation I experienced a whole new level of meditative experience. I was able to utilize this method, and it worked! I experienced a noticeably deeper level of consciousness in that first session along with a sense of confidence and inspiration knowing I now had this successful technique to employ. I could clearly sense how this was going to work for me and how with this technique - like a roadmap - I would no longer be floundering as a meditator. Rather, I could finally, after all these years, become the meditator I’d hoped to become all along. Though I’ve only been practicing TM for 12 days, my experiences in meditation each day continue to manifest in that same reliable way as my very first TM meditation session. I’m so glad I finally learned this technique!”
