“I am feeling more calm, creative, relaxed. I cannot rate this highly enough! 15 years of therapy has not helped me feel so calm as I have in just days of TM! Mike Mason at the Baltimore TM Center has been absolutely wonderful; cannot rate him highly enough. He has been extremely supportive and helpful through tech issues, meditation, and all questions. I was given TM as a gift for graduating and it was the best gift I could have asked for. Others have noticed the calm in me and now also want to visit the center and have this experience for themselves!”
