“Nothing but positive experience all round. Very efficient shipping and communication, trackable deliveries, as eco as can be and let’s me support smaller independent companies. ALSO quality products!! Only annoyed I didn’t find the website sooner.”

“Had the item but delivery was poor I was wrongly directed to a late shop to collect an item that had been delivered somewhere else on Christmas evei contacted customer services three times to get the wrong info.”

“Having ordered a few little things over Xmas, I was really pleased with the quality of the products. The only negative to note was that I had 'upgraded' delivery from two sellers, both ordered at the same time. One item came with days to spare whilst the other missed Xmas unfortunately. As the items were tracked I could see it took the boutique a few days to dispatch. Aside from that, there are some really nice things on the site, of really good quality.”

“The item I ordered was well packed and as stated on the website. The first order discount was appealing. Delivery was slower than I expected but I was able to track it and as advertised came in time for Christmas. The recipient was very pleased with the item so ll in all a good experience.”

“I love the concept and the boutiques represented. The issue is the time to tell the customer if the product is available or not, its too long and quite frustrating. In the end I had received my order and a reply but it took longer than I'd like and during Christmas with little time and a critical date it was too tight.”
