“I ordered two mugs a week before Christmas. When they arrived one had unfortunately been broken in transit. I submitted photos to Trouva and they arranged to have another mug delivered by courier on Christmas Eve. Customer Service at its very best, well done Trouva. I will be more than happy to use you again and definitely recommend to friends.”

“Whilst the plant mister I purchased looks gorgeous, & arrived nicely packaged, promptly, its functionality is not good. The water squirts out, rather than 'mists', & disappointingly the nozzle's not adjustable. Think the designer has possibly made the 'presser' shaft too long.”

“I had been looking for a London bus tree decoration for a few weeks and everywhere was sold out or most on the internet were over £10 excluding postage , found this company and was normal shop price plus postage, arrived quickly for Christmas time and very well wrapped, impressed and will use again.”
