“I love my rucksack and it has been perfect for days out with the kids and work days taking my laptop with me. I did expect the fabric to be a little softer that it is, but I am used to this stiffer fabric now. Many thanks”

“It was the first Christmas since our daughter Robyn got married to a Mr Robinson ! What could be a more appropriate memento than the really sweet walnut bird with a red breast. Good to look at and really tactile. Well made too. She was thrilled as I was too with the product and service”

“Fab range of unusual items. Great quality and prompt delivery. I would definitely use Trouva again. The only downside was not all the colours of bowls I wanted were available, but the ones I got were very nice.”

“I love the selection of products on offer, and the fact that lots of smaller boutiques are brought together in one place. I like the idea of supporting small businesses, but it's hard sometimes in practice to find the time to get to places in person so it's great that Trouva has made this easy through an online portal. The service was good, the only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that the first time I used Trouva my order didn't arrive in the time specified (it was a gift for an occasion which meant this was a bit of an issue) and there was a bit of confusion. Customer services were very helpful though and I was given a discount code by way of apology so was happy all in all. Otherwise would have given 5 stars.”
