“I purchased this Fresh Linen Candle in Tin from Indian Summer for my wife for our 4th wedding anniversary. Lovely little gift in a tin. Little is the key word as it was alot smaller than I thought it would be. Smells amazing unlit, but not as good when ignited? Which was a little odd. A great gift none the less at a premium.”

“Very good quality products only one issue in that product description for straight shaver did not advise separate blades were needed and not clear if these could be bought in the site. Good service otherwise and great selection so would use again”

“Efficient, trouble free, and prompt delivery. Offered the best price for the items I was searching. However, the packaging was very basic which didn't do any justice to the quality of the item I purchased - It made a relatively expensive and quality item look cheap. This issue should be easy to resolve.”

“Trouva have a great range of original items on offer, and I was really excited to have purchased a unique and niche rucksack through them. The quality of the rucksack was outstanding and I am very happy with it. For those who are curious, I purchased the Conn Backpack from Stighlorgan boutique - in my opinion, their backpack game is way above a lot of the current backpacks available on the highstreet and online. However, the journey to get my rucksack was a little bumpy. After receiving my order confirmation, I didn't receive an exact delivery date for my order- which was fine, since Trouva does state this depends on the individual'boutique's own shipping terms. I found the shipping times that is displayed on the boutique's own page via Trouva and approximated for myself when I should roughly expect to receive my rucksack. When my order did not arrive as expected, I contacted Trouva and they were very quick to reply to me and assured me that they would check this out for me. They were great at getting back to me, and had immediately arranged for a replacement of my order for me after having found that my original order was lost on its way to me. Trouva's own customer care was immediate and efficient - overall, a satisfying experience, and I would definitely purchase from them again!”

“The caffetiere we bought has been excellent - it had a beautiful design, is well made and produces nice tasty coffee. It tastes much much better than out of our big caffetiere. The only problem was that it is called a '3 cup caffetiere' and it definitely only holds enough coffee for one mug's worth. A bit misleading when purchasing online!”

“I found Trouva via facebook advertising. I always try to find different, less mass produced stuff for Christmas, so often use sites such as Not on the High Street, and Trouva seemed to fit the same bill. Alot of the things listed are maybe a little out of my budget, but I managed to buy several items from two different boutiques. All arrived nicely packaged. The only negative feedback I would have was not being 100% sure when they would be delivered. One boutique sent out the goods pretty much straight away and the other didn't arrive until a couple of days before Christmas. I would suggest adding some kind of email notifications like amazon, when you know an item has been dispatched and when it's likely to arrive. I would definitely use again when shopping for special occasions.”
