“1/2 of the packages I ordered arrived swiftly and in excellent condition, unfortunately I didn't receive the second, however, after a quick phone call (on a Sunday!) they sorted out the error, had email replied in 10 minutes and followed up with a phone call to ensure I had received my package, all excellent customer services!”

“Lovely selection of beautifully designed and crafted goods. Perfect place to look for inspiration for homewares and gifts for people who like stylish and interesting things. “Fabulous service from Trouva. I bought a fab door mat for my brother for Christmas - he absolutely loved it! Great customer service too, and I received a handwritten thank you note - a very nice personal touch. I would definitely recommend Trouva and wouldn't hesitate to shop here again. Thank you!”

“It was my first purchase and initally dissappointed when the shop in Wimbledon but the shop emailed me to advise when the candles were in stock and contacted me so was very happy to get the candle as i wanted to give my daughter one as part of her christmas. It is her favourite candle . Thank you Julia Garka”

“I was looking for an egg cup for my daughter's Christmas stocking. I saw the guinea pig egg cup and had to get it because it looks so much like one of our guinea pigs! Rigby & Mac The Dulwich Traders processed my order very quickly and it arrived in perfect condition.The egg cup itself is super quality and has been used for my daughter's soft-boiled eggs in the morning already.”
