“I found my package dumped by the end of my drive. You have to drive through gates and several hundred metres to the house which they didn’t do. It was pouring with rain and they had put an extra bag around the PJs and backpack but the packages were damp Not impressed with the delivery service”

“I found the product I needed (which is tricky to find in most places) and managed to get a discount meaning it was cheaper than buying directly from the store. My only problem was that I could not pay with my bank card (no fault of my own) and ended up having to use a credit card. Delivery was quick and parcel was packaged well.”

“Brilliant is the word that I would use from ordering to it arriving. Ordered the dinosaur kids beaker for my grandson on the Saturday, it arrived the following Tuesday. Now that’s what I call excellent customer service. There was no way this was going to be damaged, it was so well packaged. I must admit I was a bit wary about the beaker when we were looking but I have to say the quality is amazing, this is more than child proof. Thank you.”

“Just dissapounted as ordered a Xmas present paid for it , only to be told a few days later out of stock! The fault of the boutique, but they should update stock so Trouva supporting these small boutiques is a good idea but only to be let down by them!”
