“Terrible experience using Trouva. Will never recommend anyone to order with them. It took 2 weeks for my jacket to arrive then when it eventually did it was the wrong jacket. It was a gift for a birthday so was a very awful experience. It was a nightmare sending it back and the communication with the company was very poor. No contact number and people taking forever to respond. I honestly thought I had been ripped off. I got my money back only yesterday after 3 weeks. Never ever again!”
