“Received a damaged item and an incorrect item, reported both and never heard anything from Trouva. Horrendous customer service, worst I’ve ever had, sent four emails and still had no reply, it’s been about 2-3 weeks since I purchased now, do not recommend.”

“Product was really nice but it had a part missing. The customer support team emailed me for a week asking the same questions again and again and then finally after all that, photos sent, receipts etc they then said they wouldn’t be sending me the part. Great, it was like banging my head against a brick wall. Shame as the products are lovely.”

“Acknowledged order and a few weeks later refunded as didn’t have enough stock to supply. Frustrating. I got the same item on amazon with next day delivery, I like to support independent retailers but this doesn’t encourage future purchases”

“Excellent website. Found a shirt that had been sold out on all the main national retailers like John Lewis and Cotswold outdoor and snow and Rock to name a few. Found it on trouva at a great price and it arrived promptly. Great idea and really nice to help out an independent trader.”
