“I’m was torn about leaving this review as iam a staunch supporter of independent business but you did ask! The parcel arrived on time and was well wrapped etc. but the sink tidy has 3 dents on one side. I decided to keep it - mainly because another company cancelled my order previously and I just wanted a sink tidy ! I’ve put the offending side against the wall- totally my decision to keep it - but I shan’t purchase anything else from your company as it was obvious it wasn’t done in transit - but was sent by yourselves in that condition.”

“Excellent service on 'returns'. I ordered a china tray which arrived damaged. I was contacted by email within hours of putting the issue into their 'returns' on site and within days I received an undamaged replacement. Gives me a lot of faith for ordering again.”

“Trouva are exciting and different. The customer support service was also excellent. I had ordered and paid for two items. I was then contacted to let me know that one item was no longer available but a refund for that part was processed quickly. Very happy with the item I did get!”

“The Elice star was well packaged and arrived safely. Good quality product, but I feel it should have been made clear that the plug would need adapting to comply with UK electricity supply. Trouva were helpful and made enquiries with the seller who then answered my query . Due to lockdown it is not easy to buy the plug adapter and bulb.”
