“This was my first time ordering with Trouva. Ordered 6 items from different boutiques - all bar one posted on receipt of order and everything arrived well packaged. I was delighted with the quality of the items which was superb. I contacted Trouva informing them of the one boutique who had failed to fulfil order and they responded swiftly and courteously and had the problem sorted within the day. I was very impressed and will most definitely use them again.”

“A shame the very very nice delivery driver was given the wrong postcode. He had to return the following day and was equally charming. If it hadnt been for him I would have been annoyed at such inefficiency.”

“What a lovely company to deal with. Great products too - I thought the fish on a rope would be a small stocking filler but it is much bigger than I expected, really a quality item with stylish packaging. Always prefer to support smaller businesses and these chaps did not disappoint.”
