“Trouva a was a pleasure to go through. Ordered a top for my grandsons birthday and unfortunately was sent wrong age by mistake. I contacted trouva and they were so helpful polite and efficient. The supplier was great sending out a replacement even before I had returned the original. They even sent a toy dinosaur as a little gift as an apology. Such a lovely gesture! Certainly extremely pleased with this website”
