“Ordering a pair of slippers from one of Trouva's independent suppliers should have been a simple exercise. Instead it has required me to repeatedly chase up the order over a period of weeks. There was initially no ownership from Trouva - no-one picked up the issue and followed it through. In the end Trouva acted professionally but it took far too much prompting. The goods eventually arrived and I was given a 50% refund in recognition of my inconvenience. I would rather have had the goods I ordered in a sensible timeframe without the hassle.”

“I Love Trouva. A wonderful selection of unusual and delightful gifts, home ware, accessories, children s items, etc., and all at competitive prices. The range is extensive, so if you don't know what to get, don't have delightful and unusual gifts in shops near you, then go to Trouva. I have done all my Christmas shopping there!!”

“Hot water bottle was disappointing for price. £35. It was very small, not 2 litre, meant to be a xmas present, but I kept it for myself and bought one from my local shop for half price in a beautiful cover, a large 2 litre.”
