“Very efficient service . Both my orders arrived quickly. Trouva opens up the selection, so a great oppprtunity to shop the independents. Usually high delivery charges (especially for small item's) puts me off ordring online so I love the £1.99 on all items delivery charge .”

“I found a coat I absolutely loved in the Isle of Man. It didn't have my required size so I searched on the internet and found it on Trouva whom I had not heard of before. It was so easy to order and before despatch I enquired about sizes and received an immediate reply promising to look into it. They did the next day. Coat shipped quickly and I am made up with it. I would definitely recommend Trouva and will be shopping with them again.”

“Amazing products from all diffferent places, which otherwise you woul not find so easily, I love the fact that they are coming from small retailers. Also, great service, at Trouva they make sure is well packed to avoid damages during transport and that your product is carefully treated. I even had a nice note wishing I like my planter. Overall a great shopping experience... Thanks Trouva!”

“The store I bought from (32 The Guild) was amazing but the process is too complicated - bought 2 jumpers using a discount code. Unfortunately, it was a brand I hadn’t shopped before and they were too big. You can’t change an item but have to return and reorder ....Losing the benefit of the discount code. I travelled an hour to the store to see if they had a medium - they had - but they wouldn’t exchange it either. So simply returned the items and started again - with the jumper in front of me that I wanted d to buy but couldn’t take with me! It’s too much hassle for customers and you incur delivery charges you could avoid.”
