“I was very impressed with the quality of the 30 Natural Blocks and they were beautifully packaged. The only problem was there were only 29 blocks in the box. I emailed customer services on a Sunday and got an immediate personal reply ( not computer generated) and the missing block was with me by Wednesday. I was kept informed of the progress of my order st all times. I will certainly use Trouva again. They provide excelled products and gave exemplary customer service!!”

“I was so excited to find this company! The products are original and exciting and it was lovely to be able to support local and small businesses. The customer support from your team was outstanding. I needed to return an item and Georgia responded to my questions quickly and helpfully and stayed with me as a personal contact throughout the process. It is quite rare nowadays when dealing with companies, to be able to speak to a person who is knowledgeable and responds to emails so rapidly, updating me regularly.
