“Hi, just thought you should know how disappointed I am with the People Tree Simple Circle Silver Earrings purchased from Fair via Trouva. I'm thrilled with the actual earrings, style & size are just what I wanted but the way they were packaged has ruined them. They were attached to the invoice via the post, the clip then put back on and the post bent over presumably to remove the sharp point in transit. They cannot now be straightened out properly, even with fine nosed pliers & any force will inevitably snap off the whole post. I wanted to wear them last evening for the 1st time but as the post is now wavy & slightly bent I spent 20 mins trying to get them in without success. I understand the waste & impact on environment on packaging but why oh why were they not packaged without bending the post, some card, bubblewrap or small box would have sufficed for protection instead of just wrapping in brown paper. I paid for postage & packing but the earrings are now unwearable & useless. Do you have another pair please, I am so upset as they are very pretty.”

“Unfortunately, to date I still have not received all of the items I paid for over two weeks ago. One item received was in fact somebody else’s order and despite sending this back to the store promptly there is not much i information regarding my outstanding items. I have been in touch several times to enquire but never receive a detailed response as to when I might receive the rest of my order. To my surprise, nobody has offered any sort of discount or compensation of any kind for the inconvenience. It seems like a great place to shop and I’m sure it is for other customers but my first experience hasn’t been good.”

“I purchased a dressing gown and it is so light and luxurious, I love it ❤️ The collar, cuffs and belt feel like Raw silk, it really is a beautiful garment.”

“First time I have used this site and I am impressed by the quantity and quality of products available. I was a little disappointed with the throw I purchased because it was not the colour as shown in the picture. However, it is a lovely woven throw and looks nice on my bed so I have decided to keep it.”

“Trouva's customer service has been excellent. I ordered a coat but within a few hours of placing the order I was contacted by Nik to say that unfortunately the store had already sold their remaining coat and I was welcome to a refund. I was informed that the store was expecting more stock so I opted to wait and was kept informed by Nik as to the status of my order which was delivered the following week. I am very pleased with the service.”
