“Fast efficient service. Couldn't fault it. Have ordered these Secrid card holders before from another company and couldn't remember their name so had a moment of panic in case these didn't arrive when I expected. Needn't have worried. The four Secrid items went down a treat- a great small luxury item as a present. Got a small discount too for a multiple order. Thank you.”

I'm ever so sorry to hear of your experience with your most recent purchase and it being delivered to another customer. We have tried in vain to get the item to you but we have not heard from them and the boutique unfortunately did not have a replacement to send. We are aiming to improve our order processing system for our small independent boutiques to make it a seamless customer experience. It's not perfect yet- as you've experienced, but we're doing our best to educate our boutiques to pack and ship orders for customers to our customers correctly. “Trouva completely changed my experience of Christmas shopping this year .... it was fun and stress free. All the shops I bought items from sent my purchases very quickly, well packaged and with a personal note. I hope this helps smaller shops and boutiques to keep going.
