“Very helpful & responsive customer service department. The staff at the boutique where I purchased my item from was lovely to work with and helped me find a way to get a snowglobe (containing liquid) shipped to the US. The item itself exceeds my expectations and is going to make the perfect Christmas gift. I couldn’t find it anywhere else! Will definitely shop with Trouva again.”

“Unfortunately Trouva didn't have thw item in stock that I ordered but refunded the payment immediately and sent a little sweet treat as an apology. Wpuld definitely order again from them.”

“It's so nice being able to shop independent, even with shops that aren't local to me. Plus, being able to save boutiques and look at brands across the site is incredibly helpful. One item I had saved sold out but I was able to find it in another shop, which is amazing! I did have an issue with an order that disappeared but their customer service was so on top of it, and incredibly helpful. Just what you want, really! I use Trouva pretty regularly now!”
